“Develop and engage in the collaborative and social aspects of writing processes”

I think this course did a great job of making us complete this CLO. This is because we were put in teams and worked in teams for many different assignments, with the biggest being the proposal. We had to learn how to work as a team, which was a struggle at the beginning of the semester, but it only got better as the semester progressed.

This is important for engineering because we will most likely be working in teams in this environment. In this class, we posted almost all of our assignments on a discussion board and were often given feedback by other classmates and also the teacher. This helped us reflect on our work and change some errors. The social aspect of this also allowed us to keep open minds which can further advance the quality of our work in the future, whether that’s in writing or any other aspect of life.
